1. Do you deliver fresh meat?

Yes, we deliver fresh meat. During the time of delivery, the chicken is chilled (not frozen) to ensure delivery of fresh meat up to your home.

2. If I place the order today, when will you deliver the product?

For the orders placed today, you will receive the delivery the next day.

3. How much is the Delivery Charge?

Our delivery charge is the lowest among peers. We charge only Rs. 15/- flat as delivery charge for each order.

4. Do you offer Halal Cut Meat?

Yes, we only delivery Halal-Cut Meat.

5. What are the Payment Methods available on your website?

We offer both Online Payment (at the time of placing order) and Cash on Delivery option.

6. Is my online payment information secure on your website?

Yes, we use standard payment gateway (Instamojo) to process online payment. We do not collect or store any payment information that you enter at the time of making payment.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Considering the perishable nature of the product, we do not allow cancellation of order.

8. Can I return the product after it is delivered?
